Service Description

Your first therapy session is a non-judgmental space where you can begin to explore and make sense of personal experiences and difficulties in a supportive, safe and confidential environment. Terms and Conditions: You are an individual adult aged 18 or older. This initial therapy session is purely for yourself (not a child, partner, friend or family member). The session will be online via Zoom, a video-call platform. Please ensure you enable audio and video when prompted. You may want to use headphones and move to an area where you cannot be overheard by others. In case of any technical difficulties, I will call you on the telephone number provided, please ensure you provide an accurate number for a UK mobile phone or landline as part of your booking. Please note a 48-hour cancellation policy, sessions missed or cancelled outside of this 48-hour time frame remain fully chargeable.
