Online Supervision
Supervision is a space to slow down and reflect — to think deeply about the therapeutic relationship, explore unconscious processes, and feel supported in the emotional and ethical complexity you may encounter in your practice.
Whether you're just beginning your clinical journey or have many years of experience, supervision offers a collaborative space to explore transference, countertransference, and the subtle dynamics that shape your client work. It’s a place to feel resourced, held, and professionally nourished.
If you’re looking for thoughtful, psychodynamically informed supervision that meets you where you are in your development, I’d be glad to connect.

Psychodynamic supervision transcends theoretical understanding. It is a process that delves into therapists' own reactions to client material, while also examining defense mechanisms, transference, and countertransference dynamics.
Continuous supervision fosters learning and insight into the intricate psychological processes of therapeutic practice. This reflective work strives to bring about the most suitable treatment and changes for clients.
